Members of our staff are thoroughly screened for their competencies in pediatric therapy. Here are the steps included in the employee screening process at High Five Kids Therapy:
- Certification of CPR and First Aid
- Drug Screening
- Reference Checking with Previous Employers
- Employee Performance Reviews
- Fit to Work Screening (Yearly)
- Criminal Background Clearance
- Verification of Licenses or Certificate for PT, OT and ST
